Xavier Valverde is a Bolivian singer-songwriter and poet, residing in Oslo, Norway. In April 2016 he released his poetry book “Testament”, after which he worked on what in March 2020 would be his debut music album “Arde Oslo”, where songs and poems live side by side. The song which opens the album and is the title song; “Arde Oslo”, is a journey through the city and the worlds that exist there, with its contradictions and miseries, but also its tenderness, re-flected in the people from all corners of the world residing here. His music is a reflection of two worlds, an opposition to our time, a mixture, travelling across the Latin American continent from the peaks of the Andes mountains to the deep fjords
